Solutions for common installation and gameplay issues
If antivirus is blocking the game, add the game folder to Windows Defender exclusions:
• Press Windows Key + I to open Settings
• Click on "Update & Security"
• Click on "Windows Security" in the left panel
• Click "Open Windows Security"
• Click on "Virus & threat protection"
• Scroll down to "Virus & threat protection settings"
• Click "Manage settings"
• Scroll down to "Exclusions"
• Click "Add or remove exclusions"
• Click "Add an exclusion"
• Select "Folder"
• Navigate to and select this folder:
• Click "Select Folder"
• The folder should now appear in your exclusions list
• Close Windows Security
• Try running the game launcher again
• The game should now work without interference!
• Solution: Add game folder to antivirus exclusions (see guide above)
• Reinstall the game as Administrator
• Check if all files were extracted properly from the ZIP
• Solution: Right-click installer → "Run as administrator"
• Check if Windows blocked the file: Right-click → Properties → Unblock
• Temporarily disable antivirus during installation
• Solution: Run the game launcher as Administrator
• Update your graphics drivers
• Close unnecessary programs while playing
• Restart your computer
If none of these solutions work:
